Cancel from your account whenever you like. Your membership runs to the end of the period you already paid, then stops. No cancellation fee, no questions.
EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content there is a twist the law itself defines: when you ask for the streaming to start immediately, and you acknowledge it at checkout, the withdrawal right ends once streaming begins (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m), Finnish Consumer Protection Act ch. 6). Our checkout says exactly that above the pay button, so there is no surprise.
If you subscribed within the last 14 days and never streamed a members-only episode, write to mariasolodiankina@proton.me and we refund the payment in full.
If the service fails on our side, your statutory rights apply as normal. Tell us and we will put it right or refund the affected time.
